Public art activation for the 2018 Lots Alive Grant. The carnival style “cutouts” invite local youth, to imagine of what their future careers and passions could look like. Baltimore Office of Promotion & The Arts and the Baltimore Office of Sustainability’s outdoor community art program, Lots Alive supports the creation of outdoor artworks sited on vacant lots along Park Heights Ave. Designed in partnership with the Baltimore Green Network, Lots Alive aims to breathe life into underutilized vacant spaces through creative interventions.
